My name is Heather Cutler. I am a practicing (struggling) artist, living and working in glorious Devon. I moved here with my partner for 6 months - 21 years ago! Having gone through "art school" and working in animation, I then had to dedicate the past 12 years to my children. Now they have become teenagers I have again been able to concentrate on doing what I enjoy most - being creative. I have always painted and you can see examples of my work on the 'painting' pages, which are updated as new works are completed. I also produce hand made felt bags using 80% recycled materials - hence the name rags2bags! These you can find on the 'bags' page and all my work can be purchased through the website.
