My name is Heather Barnes (sometimes Cutler!). I am a practicing (struggling) artist, living and working in glorious Devon. I moved here with my partner for 6 months - 20 years ago! Having gone through "art school" and working in animation, I then had to dedicate the past 12 years to my children. Now they have become teenagers I have again been able to concentrate on doing what I enjoy most - being creative. I have always painted and you can see examples of my work on the 'painting' pages, which are updated as new works are completed.
